Pentru acest delicios Bors de miel ,am avut cateva bucati de coaste de miel si minunatul bors lichid, romanesc,ce l- am descoperit de curand intr-un magazin rusesc :)))..eu,neavand in zona in care locuiesc,magazine romanesti..
Si sa trecem la treaba..ca se face rapid 🙂 Am pus oala(de 4 L) cu apa si sare,pe foc.Am bagat bucatile (vreo 6 am avut eu) si am lasat la fiert vreo 30 min,luand spuma de cate ori a fost nevoie.Am adaugat o ceapa mare tocata marunt, 2 morcovi feliati si un ardei gras cubulete,lasand sa fiarba vreo 20 min.Am pus si o manuta de orez,sare si piper dupa gust…apoi dupa ce s-au fiert am pus 2 lg bulion si borsul fiert separat si luat spuma .
Am oprit focul,am pus leustean verde tocat si un varf de lgt cu tarhon uscat.
Se serveste ca atare sau cu smantana
