Ingrediente si Mod de Preparare Panna Cotta Cu Jeleu De Capsuni Si Zmeura
Pentru jeleu am folosit
:
500g capsuni congelate,o ceasca de zahar,1 plic gelatina
Preparare jeleu :
*am dezghetat natural capsunile la temperatura camerei,
le-am dat la robot si le-am pus intr o cratita ,impreuna cu zaharul,la foc mic,amestecand continuu pana se topeste zaharul.
*se ia de pe foc si se lasa la racorit putin.
*gelatina am hidratat-o 5 min in 3 linguri apa calduta apoi am adaugat-o la jeleul cald ( nu fierbinte)
*se toarna in formele dorite unse cu ulei, se lasa la racit si se dau la frigider cateva ore
Pentru panna cotta am folosit:
1 kg smantana lichida 30% pentru frisca, 400 ml lapte, 4 linguri cu varf zahar, 3 plicuri gelatina,2 zahar vanilat si o lingurita vanilie, gem si fructe de zmeura
Preparare:
-se incalzeste laptele si smantana lichida pt frisca ,se adauga zaharul si vanilia si se fierbe putin de tot
-se trage dupa foc , se racoreste putin si se adauga plicurile de gelatina
-se amesteca bine de tot cu telul pana se dizolva gelatina si se lasa la racorit vreo jumatate de ora
-se ung formele dorite cu putin ulei
-se aseaza forme mai mici de jeleu in ele
-se toarna usor compozitia racorita de pannacotta pana se acopera jeleul
-se da la frigider cateva ore bune
-se rastoarna si se decoreaza cu gem de zmeura si fructe
★tips..compozitia de panna cotta trebuie racorita bine ,pt ca daca se pune calda peste jeleu,acesta se topeste
