Ingrediente Oua Umplute cu Pasta de Sardine
5 oua ,1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu,o conserva sardina in sos tomat,o lingurita mustar,o lingurita zeama lamaie,mix piper,o lingura maioneza
Mod de preparare Oua Umplute cu Pasta de Sardine
*se fierb 10 min ouale cu bicarbonatul apoi se pun in apa rece
*se decojesc ,se taie pe jumatate si se scot galbenusurile
*se pun in vasul unui minirobot,cu sardina ,mustarul,citron ,piper si maioneza
*se omogenizeaza bine si se umplu jumatatile de ou
*se orneaza cu icre rosii si negre(sau ce vreti voi)
*se fac si cateva rulouri de mortadella daca ramane pasta
*se servesc reci ca aperitive sau la micul dejun
